HVAC.Media is a content studio with one subject: heating, cooling and the companies that install it. We plan, produce and publish the video, photos and articles that help HVAC companies get found and trusted, and we keep our hands off the equipment. We are a marketing and production service, not a contractor, and we never install, repair or service anything.

The company

HVAC.Media is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is Canadian and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and it serves clients across the country.

  • Sedighi.ca is the growth, marketing and technology consulting company Ali Sedighi runs. HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca are among its brands, and HVAC.Media sits alongside them.
  • SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's Canadian strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting firm. Ali Sedighi founded it and is its Founder & Managing Partner; strategic leadership comes from Sedighi.ca.

HVAC.Media is the group's content-production brand for the HVAC family, and its plans and prices follow HVAC.Agency. Our job inside the group is narrow on purpose: we make the media.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads the group. His MBA is in Technology Management, and his career in digital marketing runs 17+ years, back to 2007, the year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. Today he lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.

He founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and is Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including HeatLand, BoilerPart.ca, CombiBoiler.ca and Roma Heating & Cooling.

That portfolio is why the studio leads with written content. HeatLand's library of 850+ SEO articles, and the 300% lead increase in 6 months that came with it, is the clearest demonstration we have of what a disciplined content engine can do. The results page covers each project.

Why a studio rather than another general agency? Because content is a production discipline. It needs shot lists, review loops, editing standards and a calendar, and those habits are easier to keep when they are the whole job rather than one line on a long service menu.

How we work

Our method has five habits, and we keep them on every account:

  1. Start with questions, not formats. We collect the questions your buyers ask, then decide whether each answer should be an article, a video, a photo set or all three.
  2. Use your people. The most convincing HVAC content comes from your technicians, so we design shot lists and interviews that take minutes, not days.
  3. Give every piece a home. Content lives on your website first, then travels to your profile and social channels.
  4. Check before publishing. Program details are dated and linked to the administrator; technical points are checked by your team.
  5. Measure by calls and jobs. Views and likes are reported, but we judge the work by calls, texts, emails and booked work.

The services page explains each of the four services, and the guides show the method in detail.

What we will not do

Being clear about limits is part of being useful:

  • We won't invent reviews, customer quotes or case studies, or publish photos and footage of homeowners without their consent.
  • We won't promise rankings, views or lead counts.
  • We won't give technical, code or compliance advice. When content touches a regulator, such as Technical Safety BC or Ontario's TSSA, we summarise and link to the official source.
  • We won't write thin, copied pages for dozens of towns. Location content has to be genuinely local or it doesn't get written.
