Phone or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca: those three routes are the only ones we use. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Every first conversation is with a senior strategist, and nothing you send commits you to anything.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd like to talk it through now. Calls during working hours are answered directly when we can; otherwise we call back.
  • Text the same number if you're on a job. A short text does the job. Send your company name and website, and we'll reply with a time to talk or with questions.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send links, examples or a longer description.

Hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. If you're in Atlantic Canada, that means we're reachable from early afternoon your time until evening; in Ontario and Quebec, from noon until 9 p.m.

What to include in your first message

A few details help us give you a useful answer on the first reply:

  1. Your company name and website.
  2. Where you work: the towns or regions you serve.
  3. What you sell most, and what you'd like to sell more of: furnace replacements, heat pumps, boilers, ductless systems, maintenance plans.
  4. What content you already have: a blog, videos, a folder of install photos, a YouTube channel, even if it's dormant.
  5. Who on your team could review drafts or capture footage.
  6. What you've tried before and what went wrong. It saves us from repeating it.

You don't need all six. A company name and a sentence about the problem is enough to start.

What happens next

  1. First conversation. Twenty to thirty minutes about your business, your market and what you want content to do.
  2. Free 7-day review. We audit your marketing, check website performance, run an SEO analysis and benchmark your content against nearby competitors. No credit card.
  3. A short plan. The first pieces we'd make, who does what, the plan that fits and how we'd measure it.
  4. Your decision. If you go ahead, production starts within days. If you don't, the review is yours to keep.

The services page explains what each service involves, and pricing shows the plans before you call.

Before you get in touch

A few things worth knowing up front:

  • We are not an HVAC contractor. We don't install, repair or service equipment, so please don't contact us for a no-heat call. Your local licensed contractor can help.
  • We only reply to people who contact us first. We don't add anyone to mailing lists, and we don't send unsolicited messages.
  • Your details stay private. We use what you send only to answer you and plan your work.
  • We work across Canada. The areas page explains how we adapt content to each province and territory.

If you'd rather start small

Not every company is ready for a full plan, and that's fine. Some owners start by asking us to look at one thing: a blog that isn't producing calls, a folder of unused install footage, or a set of service pages that rank but don't convert. Tell us which one worries you most and we'll start the conversation there. The free 7-day review often answers the question on its own, and you can decide what to do next with no pressure from us.

Working with us day to day

Once a project starts, most communication happens by email and text, with a short monthly call. Drafts arrive in a shared document for comments; footage and photos go into a shared folder in your name. You'll always know what's in production, what's waiting on your review and what went live. If you'd like to see how the method works first, read the guides or the results.

Frequently asked questions

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 with your company name, website and what you'd like help with. Many owners prefer it because they can reply between jobs.

Will I be passed to a junior salesperson?

No. Your first conversation is with a senior strategist who can answer questions about content, plans and timelines directly.

What happens after the first conversation?

If it looks like a fit, we start the free 7-day review: a marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmark. You get a short content plan and decide from there. No credit card required.

Do you work with companies outside BC?

Yes. From our Vancouver base we work with HVAC companies in every province and territory, meeting by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email.
